Here is my short but honest story, from a young age, I have been into painting, drawing, makeup, and other forms of expression. After almost a decade of working as a Medical scientist, I lost my creative spirit. Not being able to express myself artistically resulted in a lot of anxiety and frustration. I desperately wanted to pick up the paintbrushes, sketching pencils, and colours. Still, every time I tried, I was unable to do so. Something was missing. A hobby must be tied to a purpose, a higher purpose. Not only did I want to rekindle my creativity, but I also wanted to solve a real problem and contribute. It took Norah, my daughter, to be born and help me decide and act on it. Norah used to get rashes with certain types of clothes. After researching different materials, I found out how babies can get textile dermatitis from clothes made with synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, spandex, etc. In contrast, if she wore pure organic cotton, her skin would behave better. It is also comforting to know that organic cotton is not only good for a baby’s skin but also better for the environment. Babynor is my solution to this problem, it offers stylish and comfortable clothing at the most reasonable price. Since I'm just starting on this journey, I'd appreciate any help, guidance, or criticism parents could provide in making this brand successful.
