A three-pack of lightweight mesh-knit baby socks in warm caramel, made from organic cotton that takes its colour from the plant rather than from dye.
The mesh knit is the point of difference here. A more open weave means considerably more airflow than a standard sock — useful through an Australian summer, when the usual choice is between overheated feet in solid socks or bare feet in a pram. These give you a middle option.
The cotton itself is 100% naturally coloured and GOTS-certified. Naturally coloured cotton grows in shades of cream, tan and soft brown rather than white, so no dyeing is needed at any stage. For a garment babies regularly pull off and put in their mouths, removing the dye step removes a whole category of chemical exposure. Caramel is the warmer of the two mesh shades, a soft golden tan.
